The award-winning STEAM FUN program (科学奶酪) uses a hands-on approach to guide children in transforming abstract scientific knowledge into practical applications. This approach helps children discover that science is both fun and valuable, closely connected to their daily lives, and sparks a deep interest in science from an early age.

Our Goal

The STEAM FUN innovation program goes beyond enhancing scientific knowledge. We nurture children into well-rounded individuals who excel at thinking, creating, and presenting, equipping them with essential skills for a bright and successful future.

 

In 2024, our students achieved first place in both the middle and elementary school levels of the Massachusetts regional Destination Imagination competition, a prestigious global science competition. Our teams proudly represented Massachusetts at the Global Finals, showcasing their creativity and competing against 1,400 teams from around the world.

Think Critically

At STEAM FUN, we emphasize the importance of asking "why." Through engaging science experiments and play, teachers encourage children to hypothesize, test, and explain their observations and results.
In the AI era, the ability to ask good questions is an essential skill. Our goal is to nurture creative thinkers who are curious and skilled at asking insightful questions, preparing them for the rapidly evolving world.

Create Innovatively

Creativity thrives when children bring their ideas to life through hands-on practice. At STEAM FUN, we focus on integrating engineering, art, and design into engaging activities.
Instead of relying on pre-made kits, students use everyday and recycled materials to construct unique projects. This encourages resourcefulness and deepens their understanding of scientific principles.
By working through challenges and refining their designs, students learn the value of persistence and innovative problem-solving, skills that serve them well in competitions and beyond.

Present Confidently

Through in-class training and the Design Story exercises after each class, students progressively master the logical structure of presentations, improve their communication skills, and grow into well-rounded individuals who can capably "Think, Create, and Present.
